Our Quality Promise
 
ARA strives to work with the best designers who offers quality products at affordable prices. We thoroughly inspect all items when we receive them, but sometimes we miss something. We pride ourselves on quality. That's why all our orders go through a three step quality check before we ship them out. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement.  If you believe you've received a damaged or defective item, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via email (returns@arauniforms.com) so we can take care of it. We want you to love everything you purchase from us and we will work with you to make it right!
 
Online Order Return/ Exchange Policy
At this time we cannot accept exchanges or returns due to COVID-19. We apologize for any inconvenience. Refunds will not be issued store credits ONLY.  Returns and exchanges are only acceptable if ARA is found to be at fault (if we sent your product to the incorrect address/incorrect size/color or damaged goods). Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of your receiving your order. If you are unsure of your size, please reach out to us via email (returns@arauniforms.com) BEFORE placing your online order to AVOID THE NEED TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping for any returned or exchanged items that's not ARA's fault.
